IME, nope.  Opened my Merrill+ late Dec and asked for a CLI in March. 

$10k to $25k

How does the BOA online luv button work? So they hard pull and then give you a pending message until a human reviews it? How long does it take?

It can be instant.  In my case, they called me about an hour later.
