DW has a BOA Visa Platinum Plus - clicked the CLI button online, asked for increase from $500 to $1500. Got message to call credit analyst for an instant decision. Called and spoke to a gentleman, asked why we wanted increase, employment info, and said $1500 is approved. Th analyst confirmed this would be a HP - but we are ok with it for the 3x increase. Will treat card right, PIF each month, and try for another CLI in 6 months or 12. How often does BOA allow for CLI?

to be on the safe side i would do it at 12 mos. how long has she had the card? some members here have reported hitting the luv button and not calling when it said to call and the next day they saw an increase and only a sp. im waiting till my year mark with them to request an increase
