BOA Recon - First gave me CLI then took it back?

Every issuer is getting touchy with CLI now a days. If you are scores are good you are better off applying with a different company for new cards.

I used the website last week and requested a CLI on my worldpoints master card that is just at a year old now and was surprised to see I went from 1000.00 to 2500.00. I have some months PIF others ran a balance (highest was 900.00 at one point, currently just over 100.00). So far they havent taken anything back . (knock on wood)
