Does BOA do product changes.....I have 2 BOA Cash Rewards cards and I would like to change to the BBR card
It is almost impossible to PC to BBR now (new policy), but you can PC to Travel if you want.
There was a report here from someone that called like 8-10 times until found someone that put the request in and got the PC to BBR. Good luck.
