Thanks DI, but I tried those... they dont seem to be functional any longer.  Well maybe the 6072 is but I was on hold for 15 mins without actaully talking to anyone.... I willt try again later when I get off of work.

Call number on back of card. The call volume most likely high due to people not being able to access their account details.
