Bank America CLI or new card

My CRAs just cleared up and went from 680s to 740s.

Have a Cash rewards at 1500 used to be 500 partial secured.

Interested in Alaska or Travel rewards.

Unfortunately in my area they pull EX for new apps so can't use the TU CLI pull for app.

Should I go for a CLI first or the new card?

Was declined in October for INQ but had 2 negs at the time I don't have now

I haven't gotten a new BOA card in a while, but I have been very satisfied with their CLI's.

Go for whats most important to you, a cli, or the new card. Since your profile has improved since last rejection you may come off better if you have to recon. Good luck on decision

Go for the CLI which will be a hard pull on TU.  Shoot for the moon as far as CL. They'll counter or approve you outright.  They're good at giving a reasonable CLI based on your history with them.
