I called CSR to request if an APR reduction was avail for me. When I was transferred to a specialist I asked if a SP CLI was available. Was shot down this time. The gave me a 1k SP CLI 4 months ago so I figured my chances were slim. When she asked if there was anything else she could do for me I asked if my account was eligible for an APR reduction. I almost dropped the phone when she replied that an immediate reduction to 10.24% was available and could be applied right away . I normally PIF anyway but just knowing it's that low is a great feeling of further progress. Thanks Barclay's !
