Barclay Product Change

I've had the Barclay Apple Financing Visa for roughly 1 1/2 years and have not used it since paying off my Air immediately (except for the occasional purchase to keep it open.) It simply sits on my bookshelf collecting dust and I've never had any benefit from it - not even a CLI. I wouldn't mind adding a travel rewards card to the mix - is the Arrival MC any good? Would it be easy to switch this card to that via a product change or closing it and applying for the new one? Also, are there better travel reward cards out there? Thanks all.

Cheers!

Dave

Shame on you wasting perfectly good bookshelf space. Put it in the sock drawer!

Others have reported having trouble PC'ing the Apple Visa. Roll the dice though, You don't receive if you don't ask!

Re: Barclay Product Change

The new Apple Visa offers rewards. Some of us were able to PC to the new version a few days ago. Some not so lucky yet. You'll have to speak to a Credit Analyst. Not a CSR. This is the rewards structure now:

EDIT: Not PC but upgrade without reapplying

Keep both your credit and your body in top shape!

Re: Barclay Product Change

Thanks for all of the replies - I wasn't aware of the new Apple card (seems ok to me.) Now, what does anyone know about their travel point cards or other's travel point cards?

Re: Barclay Product Change

Try messaging BarclaycardUS on facebook or twitter. Those CSRs are usually far more useful.
