What is the best # to call to try to get a PC.. Looking to pc the rewards mc to the U.S. airways.. Any Eo number?

Eo Refused to pc , said I had to apply .. Bummer

Well I applied. They wanted to know why I wanted both. I said only wanted us air. So that's why they willing to PC.
