I sure haven't heard of any $15K CL's on standard Juniper cards!

Well, there was the Junny meltdown last year!  Smiley Happy

My Caseys started at $7.5K last May - no CLI yet

Re: Barclays MasterCard/B&N Membership Card...

Just edited previous post --from the message I saw, they're moving all the Juniper log-ins to the Barclay's site. So who knows?

I'd be thrilled senseless with a $7.5K limit on this card. I'm not interested in trying to milk endless CLI's out of this thing. But up from $500 would be spiffy! Although I did seem to get the lowest rate, which is different --usually I get a higher CL and a horrible APR, lol.

BTW, in case I confused anyone earlier about the rewards on this, the cash back is only on the B&N and associated purchases (5%.) All the other goodies turn into points towards B&N purchases. Still good to have some sort of cash back, though! Good thing that my new office is three minutes away from them...

One way or another, it looks like I'll be shopping there a good bit!

I swear, having a rewards credit card is like having a 6-month-old Golden Retriever puppy. Keeps you on the run, a lot, just trying to wear it out.

Re: Barclays MasterCard/B&N Membership Card...

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm glad to see this thread generating so much positive feedback.

Major Congrats to Attagirl and Midnight Voice for their credit limits
on the Barclays MC! $1500 is nothing to sneeze at, and $15,000 is....
well....it speaks for itself. Smiley Very Happy

I agree with all of you. The more we pull apart this offer, the better it looks.
The B & N membership card and the MC are a great combination. I'm a
hardback book man myself, so I'm looking forward to paying $18 for a
$30 book, using the MC to get 5% cash back and then strolling over to
the in-store Starbucks to enjoy great coffee and even more savings.
Then when the bill comes, you pay it off in full interest-free. This is a
no-lose proposition no matter how you slice it.

Of course, if you're not a Starbucks person, B & N always locates their
stores in/near a shopping center close to a Panera Bread. In the mall
where we go every Sunday, B & N and PB are right across the parking
lot from each other. So we pick up the Sunday Washington Post at B&N
and go over to PB for coffee and pastries. You pay one flat price for the
coffee (Hazelnut is the best) and you get free refills in the store.

So like I said, this really is a GREAT deal. And thanks again for the feedback.

Cheers!
