Not sure if this is on topic but... what if I have 3 cards. 1 bofa secured $300, 1 barclay rewards card $1000 and amex green NPSL. I usually let the amex green report a balance. Should I also let my barclays report a small balance also?

So we don't jack this thread and it can stay on topic I will PM you.

Re: Barclays rewards card approval!

Thanks for the response, it makes sense.  Cap One reports the statement balance I believe, but I think HSBC reports whatever balance you have at the end of each month, which is a week before my statement prints.  Anyone have an idea when Barclays would report, is it statement balance?  I wish they all were statement balance, it would make it so much easier.

Any advice from anyone as to whether I should actually garden for a while now that I have 3 credit cards total?  Or should I apply for more card(s) right now so inquiries will be at same time?  I am not sure if getting more credit would help rebuild at this point or whether 3 cards are enough.  All have no annual fees.  I don't know if I should consider closing the low limit HSBC?

Thanks again for all feedback, it is very helpful!!!
