Best Buy Reward Zone MasterCard not BK friendly (in 2009 anyhow)

I thought I got declined b/c I already have an HSBC Orchard MasterCard. Wrong:

DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD

The decline for the Best Buy retail store card was:

TOO MANY INQUIRUES

with no mention of the PR.

What a waste of INQS!

On HSBCUSA.COM, the BBRZMC is listed as a card for "good credit."
