So... What might you recommend for CC concierge services? What has been your best experience? Who do you believe has provided the best service?
Please, keep this within a seemingly attainable tier like Citi Prestige, Amex Plat, Ritz Carl, etc. Don't include Centurion, JP Morgan Palladium, etc.
Also, what CC network would have provided the best concierge service? Visa, MC or Amex. (I don't believe Discover offers concierge, correct me if im wrong)
This thread is for informational purposes and will be used to determine my next card in my lineup.
Thank you wonderful people.
AMEX Platinum and Centurion are handled by the same team of Concierge, but AMEX contracted it out to a company called Circles.
JP Morgan Ritz Carlton and Paladium are handle by JP Morgan Concierge.
Citi Prestige Concierge sucks.
Every Visa Signature card comes with concierge, but most World MC and all World Elite MC comes with it.
Generally, AMEX and JP Morgan concierge are good, Visa and MC are alright, and Citi Prestige just blows. Because sometimes you get a suck rep, and sometimes you might even get an awesome rep.
Siri, she's always been there for me. May not be very effective, but she tries.

Well im not sure if you just read my post but Amex prg does not offer concierge only the plat does. Visa sig which is not thru say chase or citi but visa themselfs seems to be really good for me at least.
I would love to know what the ritz card is like. this is what it says on chase.com
PERSONAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE TO CARDMEMBERS.*

Ive stayed at a bunch of ritz's all of them have had great service. I remember one night for my moms bday we were staying in boston. We called the concierge to make dinner reservations and asked for a taxi to be waiting. When we got downstairs they are like we didnt get you a taxi instead here is a limo free of charge for the night. Now that is great service.

When you are at the hotel, the Concierge are employees of Ritz.
When you get the JP Morgan card, the concierge are employees of Chase.
Ritz concierge are definitely better since they are trained to go above and beyond, and have the power to spend up to a certain amount (a few thousands $ I believe) for each customer to make them happy.

I thought that might be the case, it would be interesting to see how good they really are.

Actually, the Ritz and Palladium have different concierge teams. I have experience mostly with Palladium concierge team but tried the Ritz once or twice. All I can say is that they are all very nice but the results can be hit and miss. I would say that they are a good back up when you are running around and want someone to do or start the Google search for you. They can't work miracles for you ( such as wanting last minute reservations at trendy places on certain holidays ) but doesn't hurt to have an extra person calling around to find something you may need or want.

Chase contracts out their concierge to LesConcierges.
They used to use Circles, just like Amex.
Both are meh.
BoA also uses lesconcierges I believe. At least they did last time I used it.
