I really haven't worried about this since I got my Chase Ink Cash card good lawd 8 years ago. All phone and Internet from any provider as I started my migration across the country, never had an issue getting 5% on, and at least at the time you could just claim SP and call it a day as far as your business went since it is a PG card.
Streaming is a different ballgame which I haven't sorted, I generally just drop them on random cards I'm trying to keep open through activity; I probably should reconsider how much of a charge is worth optimizing for.
I been eyeing on this card and the USbank Cash+.
I told my mom to get Cash+ because Xfinity (coax/internet) and ATT (phone) is basically 5% to help her.
While I have some time before I decide, I happen to notice that the ink cash card's website says nothing about cell phone protection compared to Chase Flex card. Is the ink cash still worth looking into?
FWIW I don't buy the phone with the Ink Cash. I've actually not once swiped that card or ever used it besides stuffing it into every phone / Internet billing config I can.
I'm not a fan of buying phones through a provider personally as I've seen them pull too many shennigans over the decades I've had a cell phone, and it's a non-trivial purchase for me so I rewards optimize.
