Better Balance replacing 3-2-1

So is the BOA Better Balance Card replacing the 3-2-1 card.  It looks like the same cash back options just a different name and the 3-2-1 seems to not be on the site anymore.

Like the BOA itself,  it's Kraptastic.

Waiting for the first quarter to roll by but certianly looks like the Better Balance card is free money.

As for the Cash or 1-2-3 rewards whatever you wish to call it, for it's credit strata, it doesn't suck.  BOFA's credit product line up is probably either #3 or #4 in the industry right now, and that's not a bad place to be.
