Better to pay small payments or large monthly payments?

I want to increase my FICO scores.

In one card I have a credit limit of $3500 and owe $1200.

In the other I have a credit limit of $3000 and owe $2000.

My question is what amount should I pay monthly in order to increase my fico score the highest amount but also in a quick manner?

Should I pay $500 monthly on each card or is this too much/too little?  My main goal is to increas emy fico score asap.

Well, if you have 0% APR, you could just pay the minimum and invest your $$$ to take advantage of the "free" money.
However most people aren't disciplined enough to do this because by the time their 0% APR expires, they have a large balance that begins to accrue interest.

If they ARE collecting interest, pay off the highest balance first with the highest APR. Then pay down the second card.

Hope this helps Smiley Happy

Your util is almost 50% on these two cards. Assuming you have no other cc's, for max FICO scoring you should have only 1 report a bal of less than 10%

+100 -- Fico doesnt care about your monthly payments only balance reported at the time its all reported, JoshNurse. Lexie's advice is what I'd try to remember forever.

I would just pay as much as you can as fast as you can, then open some new cards and work on keeping util low and building credit lines.
I think it's recommendable to have a few $5-10k lines, but use them RESPONSIBLY.
