Is it bad to have them both reporting as secured at the same time? Will I lose points if I close the one with FNBO?
You will loose points for the new account not for it reporting secured.

ok imma go for it, what kind of deposit should i send, & will it be another hard pull for accepting it?
Not sure i would call an ask them if it would be another hard but i heard some people hear before say they was hit with another hard but like i said call an ask. As far as what you should put down on the card that depends on what your can afford i think the minimum is $300 an the Max is 10k.
Also, having more than one CC on your CR's is a good thing. It will actually help you more in the long run than hurt. I have two secured cards and my scores have gained nearly 90 points in six months.
Three Keys to CC Success:
1. Always pay on time.
2. Only let one report a balance.
3. Make sure that balance is 10 percent or under!
Simple! Do this and your scores will go up!

Did you read my previous post and find out the answers concerning the other card?
Ok heres the scoop did some research, accepting the card did not result in another hard pull !!! Was even able to open a new checking & savings account based off that 1 pull, which is really cool!!
This will be my 3rd bank issued CC, however I think I am going to close the other secured cc and take that money and apply it to the BOA to ensure a better cli when it does graduate, the only perk of the secured card wasno AF but after checking into it a bit more it will only be a secured card nothing more nothing less no room for improvement doesnt graduate on its own nothing, so its pointless to keep it other than the history, but Id rather have the BOA that will demonstrate my rebuilding better than that one.
I took the acceptance form and 500 to the branch and accepted the card should be here in a month or so. plus I opened a checking with a few hundred and a savings with 1000 which I will use to gradually increase the limit. and the coolest part of it is when I want to increase my limit they can do a transfer from either of those accounts at any time better than mailing it in !!
So thanks everybody for the great input I was not a happy camper about this at first but after weighing my options doing research and seeing how many people actually started out this card I didnt feel so bad & this one turned out to be better than the 99/500 because I can set my own limit Im not stuck with 500 for 9 months. hopefully when it graduates Ill have at least 2k on there and I can get a better limit with my PC !!!
You have finally seen the light lol
Congrats
