Just curious if there are any "premier" "black" "invite only" "whatever" cards out there that are attainable for us regular schmucks that don't require 5 million on the bank of frequent private jet travel 
From my own research I've seen the Citi Premier, Ritz Carlton, Visa Black Card(blech), Delta Reserve and AAdvantage Executive World Elite. Anything else out there that is reasonably doable? I'd like to eventually get one of these and I'd like to know what options there are out there that I may not know about.

Hah God willing I actually probably could do that in about 10 years. Will keep that in mind ;P

I listed off cards that are generally considered at or near top tier by their respective banks. I can shell out the AF for one of these when I find the benefits I want. I'd probably pick the Ritz or the Prestige today as a frequent traveler. But I don't know what I don't know so I'm just seeing if anyone here with more knowledge and experience than I might know of something I dont

Are you guaranteed to get approved for the Chase Palladium if you're a Chase private client customer? I am currently a CPC, but I've been waiting to apply for the Palladium card because I feel like my credit scores might be too low.

What are your score if you don't mind me asking? It is a soft pull for the Palladium and it does not report on your reports.

It is softpull so I'd put in the paper app. if I were you. They are able to tell you immediately/create the card for you.... Chase I am told with my dealings in me does NOT depend on FICO scores in approving applications and that goes for the Palladium.
I'd say you are good to go. If you get it, report back and post pics
