My Blispay statement cut this morning and they too back the $12.86 that I had warned last month.
i hadn't used the card this month while I was working on minimum spend for the Ritz and the the Hilton (DW).
i can't find anything referencing this in the TOS other than a refund for fraud.
it looks like a "One statement or lose it" thing here.
i left them a Facebook message about it.

I'm not understanding. Blispay applied my cashback as a statement credit.
Did your statement generate showing a zero balance or something?
If it did, and they removed your cashback that is a curious practice! So if you want to keep your cashback you have it use the card each month and show util on your statement. I hope they aren't doing this and it's just a glitch on your account atm.
Yes it had a "Zero" Balance.
i never used the card in August.
The $12.86 that was earned in July was 'erased' this statement to bring the account from a negative to a zero balance.
i searched the TOS and all I find is that they reserve the right to "refund" the cash back if they suspect fraud.
I assure you that Coffee and a key box for the local Fire Marshall are not fraud.
there has to be a statement somewhere that I'm missing

I paid mine in full before statement closed and my statement had a credit of my cash back. It must be an error that should be easily fixed by customer support.
I agree.
I paid mine in full as well in July.
the $12.86 posted on the August 4th statement and the card sat idle with no activity and when the Sept 4th statement cut the CB was "refunded".
I hope you're right.
if I had known I would've 'morning coffee'd ' it away quickly

Did you check the cash back on the BlisPay app? It could be possible they cut you a refund check. It lists all cash back including redeemed cash back.
^^Definitely a plausible explanation coldnmn. OP call CS and ask what happened. Best of luck!

I was just about to say it's possible they've sent you a refund check. Banking regulations do not allow the banks to keep credit balances on credit accounts for a certain period of time (I'm uncertain as to exactly how long banks have), but some banks are quicker to act than others on this.
It has to be a bit of time because I have had negative balances on a couple Chase cards for two months before I charged anything on them.
