I have a Everyday Card and the magnet card, do you guys recommend converting the magnet to an BCP?
If not what card fits my spending better?

BCP does not give 6% at wholesale places like costco and sams club. Because your spend between the two,groccery/wholesale, is almost even i would say dont upgrade unless you can move more of the spend to whichever place is coding as groccery
What about gas and tolls?
I don't shop a lot in wholesale stores except walmart!!
BCP has a $95 AF. Unless you have > $300/mo pure grocery store spend, you want the BCE instead, which gives 3% on groceries but no AF. It still gives 2% on gas and 1% everything else.

There's a calculator toward the bottom of the page at https://www.nerdwallet.com/blog/credit-cards/american-express-blue-cash-everyday-vs-blue-cash-prefer... so you can compare the American Express Blue Cash Everyday to the American Express Blue Cash Preferred to see if the annual fee for the Preferred is worth it to you.
I can think of at least two credit unions that offer a credit card with similar terms to the American Express Magnet card.
I don't like having multiple credit cards from the same bank/whatever, but everyone is different.
