BofA TR email offer

Was curious if anyone got a 25k point Bank of America Travel Rewards offer in their email today?  Was curious if this was targeted or a mass email?

I burned FIA 13 years ago but managed to get a MLB card six years ago with them but was denied 14 months ago for this card for the past FIA debt (I did pay it back).

i also have a checking and savings with them but don't live in their footprint.

Re: BofA TR email offer

Got one as well. Now not sure if it's a valid offer or just a mass mailer. Won't take the HP without knowing if its pre-approved or not.

Re: BofA TR email offer

Bank of America emails and snail mails are variants of offers-to-apply, they aren't true preapprovals.

Got one today as well and not a pre-approval just marketing.  Usually you see them online with set APR's and OPT-OUT prescreen verbiage, etc..  email certainly didnt have that and was just a marketing campaign.

Re: BofA TR email offer

The offer showing on the website for me is 25k points, so it must be for everyone. I did not get an email but I already have the PR.

Even the online offers are just marketing unless they're extended as a Special Offer in your Activity Center.

@Doodlebug30 it is valid. 25k is the offer showing on BoA's website. Unless you are talking about pre-approvals; it would just be a marketing email and not a genuine pre-approval.

Re: BofA TR email offer

@TSlop Yeah that's what I meant was a pre-approval. I don't see any "special offers" in my BOA acct so I think it's safe to say it's just marketing.
