BofA Visa Signature

Two weeks ago I asked to have my CashRewards Platinum Plus upgraded to a Visa Signature, I completely forgot about it. Today I log in and see that my card is listed as Cash Rewards Signature Visa I am glad it went through, since I heard some people had issues upgrading. I wonder if they are sending a new card since the CS number is different if I remember correctly or if I have to request a replacement?

When I upgraded my boa platinum plus cash rewards to signature, the numbers all stayed the same. They did issue me a new card with the signature logo and it took about 2-3 weeks from when I saw it change to Signature on the landing page.

Can confirm what ddemari said. I was able to call in and get my card expedited to me; no number change, just the logo has Signature below the VISA now. This happened for me mid-October last year, so given the short difference in time I'd expect you to have the same experience.

Kind of wish they had made it more metallic-looking similar to the Chase cards, but oh well...
