I just checked and yes, I do have that "Chat now with an online banking professional" link and does seem to be working.

It could be, although I have accessed it before from Chrome. You should go ahead and ask otherwise we may be waiting all night for my link to work

So I just got out of the onilne chat, and all I asked was, "Is a customer initiated credit limit increase a hard pull on my credit report?" The guy responded almost instantly with, "Yes." So dang it. I really wanted some luv from Bofa but I guess I will have to wait for the year mark on my card...
