I received a notification that my BofA interest rate was increasing from 19.74 to 19.99% Decided to call BofA to see if they would lower my APR, after a 2 minutes call they lowered it to ...... 15.99%!! Officially my lowest APR.

Actually, they are my highest (except Freedom obtained in 2015). I recognize they are conservative, but everyone else ranks around 13.+ % or lower. May give them a call.
