But I do like the concept of a multiplier for frequent use. I wish other cards offered that.
The AmEx EveryDay and AmEx EveryDay Preferred do. 20% on the ED and 50% on the EDP.
The EDP is better than most people seem to think it is because of this, giving it 4.5x points for grocery and 3x points for gas, and 1.5x points for everything else making it a decent daily driver (except for dining). It loses value the more cards you have in your wallet IMO, as you spread your spend over several cards it becomes more work to hit the number of separate purchases (I alsways just broke up a grocery buy into several separate purchases at self-checkout at the start of the month to knock it out). Most sites value AmEx points at 2 cents each, but that's up to the user obviously.
Which CB needs to be unlocked for this SP preapproval tool to work ?
Does anyone know why I can't use the Currrent Cardmember sign in ?
I keep getting web page errors.
My mobile apps work fine though.

EX EQ
Tried it and was pre-qualified for up to $5050. Didn't accept the offer though, not looking to add any new cards at this time. Plus the rewards offer all overlap with cards I already have.
I'm strongly considering this card, got the invite
Did you hear back from them?
I just applied and received same message.
I wonder what that means.
TIA!
I pre-qualified for $6750, having both the regular Bread and Comenity AAA. I hit the Accept button against my better judgement, but nothing happened. Tried again, nothing. I got three monitoring alerts for EX, but turns out they were for identity verification. So I re-locked my reports and tried again. This time it took me to another screen, where I had to enter my income and accept the terms. When I hit THAT button, I got the 10-14 day notice. I'm fine with that.

I just applied also and received same message and wondering what happens now.
TIA!
@kobe71 Yes, the letter said my reports were frozen. I pre-qualified again back in Nov for $7650, but this time EQ was unlocked and EX was frozen (that was a mistake). At that point I let it go because I want a shot at max cash preferred next year.
Thanks for sharing.
None of my reports are frozen, so my guess is that the letter might say that I am declined.
