Bryant State Bank Mastercard

Has anyone ever heard of this bank or had this particular mastercard? I'm thinking it must be subprime because it's underwritten by HSBC.

Hi missypants,

I app'd for this card and was denied due to my credit score had changed in the last 30 days. Funny thing was my score increased. They pulled EQ.

If you don't mind me asking what are you credit scores?  I applied for this card a week ago and I have not heard anything from them yet.  They pulled my Transunion report.  I called them to find out the status and the representative told me that they are still processing my application and they can't get me any information.  My credit scores are in the low 600's.

My TU score is 642 right now.

I received an invitation/pre-approval for Bryant State Bank (My first pre-approval offer since rebuilding). It got approved. Mainly using it for variety and mix of different creditors. 75 AF and 30+% APR means its staying in my sock draw. I did sign up for the premium membership thing which supposedly increases your CLI reviews. I'll see how it works out in the first year. oh and Limit is $300 and reports to TU, EQ, and EX. They call it the Show Card. They Pulled TU which was around 590 FICO

I'm done with applying for anything. got 3 new cards this year and set til next year.

it is a subprime card and where did you find out it is owned by hsbc

was just on there site and checked them out with the bbb and they are a real bank full service same name out of sd nebraska and iowa believe it or not it's got a A+ from the bbb
