I sent the "email" to the CEO last Tuesday, it has been a week with no initial response via email or phone call from Cap1 to me. Is the normal? I keep reading other post and it seems that other members are getting a call 1 to 2 days after. What should I do? Re-send?

I will tell you when I sent the email I never received any call either. Two weeks later I received a letter telling me they removed the annual fee and to fax a copy of my credit report for my problem over inquiries. He also said he was sorry he could not personally contact me. I put my number so who knows. Maybe Cap One is dealing with every unhappy customer under the sun and is too understaffed to deal with us.

I've said the same thing they are probably flooded with request
Thank you for the PM. I can see that happening. I just wish something would happen.
I sent an email yesterday and was given back a call 24 hours later. Representative told me there is a small amount who work in the EO office who handle the emails.
Was told clearly they know about boards where they are being bombarded by emails for CLI and everything under the sun. They look at forums daily she said. So they are going to address each individual on an as needed basis.
What exactly do you think she meant an as need basis?
I emailed the CEO at the address that I found via google last Thursday and I haven't heard anything back either. I am in no rush so I'll probably give it another week until I try again.
