I hope that if they truly have read this forum that I haven't said anything out of line eeeeek :-P...
although, the most recent things I've said have been quite flattering of C1 :-)
Haha they're on to us...
I just sent them an email. Guess I'll see what happens.
Capital One just in case you're reading this forum
I would like to say THANK YOU Capital One for recognizing the fact that we are your customers and responding to our needs and request is imperative to our financial future as well as yours. I myself as well as others who you have since helped appreciate this change in service.
P.S. but your work is not done there are more people that need your time and consideration and from this thousands of loyal customers will be retained. Keep up the good work!
@Kixforpa wrote:I sent the "email" to the CEO last Tuesday, it has been a week with no initial response via email or phone call from Cap1 to me. Is the normal? I keep reading other post and it seems that other members are getting a call 1 to 2 days after. What should I do? Re-send?
Send a follow-up e-mail asking for a status on your request. I sent an e-mail on Saturday afternoon. I received a call back today, after sending a follow-up e-mail. Good luck.
It took them a little over a week to respond to my email as well. The lady also told me they were aware of the forums after asking politley where I found the email address. Told me they are working on treating their card holders better. Very nice lady btw
As needed basis like for me on a web chat I was straight out lied to and no phone CSR cared. The lie hurt my utilization and account. She pulled up the web chat I had and saw this before she called me .
She just said they are seeing the increase in EO emails and that they are trying to get to everyone. She said cap 1 is trying to grow with all our customers but while the takeover of HSBC is still going on they are re writing rules and dealing with integrating the two systems.
@myjourney wrote:No its not normal are you sure of email.address?
PM sent
Can someone PM me the address too?ok got it thanks
They took me from a platinum visa to a visa signature Venture card, and told me it would be 7-10 business days before I would hear back regarding CLI and a lower APR. I logged into my account today and see my CL increased from 5500 to 7500.
They haven't called me, and I requested 15k not 7500 - so I still have hope they'll make the limit even higher and lower my APR (currently 15.9%).
