CAP1/HSBC reporting twice question??

Have an old orchard bank card, when it switched over to cap1 they started reporting a new tradeline under cap1, but I still have the old hsbc tradeline showing as well, which shows as being open and current, but not updated since april of 2012.  Problem is on 2 of the 3 CR's it shows a $29 balance every month.  Should I dispute, or call to get that fixed? Havent had a balance on that card since the switch.  Also plan on canceling it soon, should I wait til then dispute?

Just call now and have them fix it right away. They might be less inclined to help you after you close the account.
