CC that reports to Equifax?

My Equifax score is the lowest, and I would like to improve it. First of all, they were still showing an old transferred student loan as open and past due so I have disputed that to have it corrected. I have 2 credit cards already, an Aspire secured card and a Cap One unsecured. I have had the Aspire card for quite a long time and it's always been in good standing, however, I just figured out that they do not report to Equifax. I called them to request that they do and the lady I spoke to  basically told me to get lost. The Cap One card reports but it's very low limit and is only a few months old. I thought if I opened another tradeline that reports to EQ it might raise my score a little eventually. Does anyone know of a CC that reports to Equifax for sure? And who will give one with a fairly low score. Experian is mid-600 and TU is low 600 due to a collection from 2009 that I am trying to do a pay for delete on. Equifax is right at 600. Any suggestions??

Have a great day!

As far as I know almost every major bank CC reports to all three CRAs.   In terms of getting approved with lower scores, you might have sucess with another Cap1 rebuilder card ?   Or perhaps a secured card....
