Normal- they do not do instant approvals-
They manually review each application.

Score is fine-
They will ask for a W-2 with your score and look at your DTI.

They gave my 5K with a score lower than yours.

Last year I made around 1,40,000 . This year I am already over 6 figure . I dont mind showing them W 2 form or tax returns

I have paid collections though.

they also look at you bk potential (fico ii) when they review. if you have any cars or want loc, or loan while you have the uw on the phone chime in they approve multiple products on a single pull.
