CDW with the Citi Thank you Premier and Zipcar?

Would Zipcar rentals be covered under the CDW that the card offers?

Visa was sued over their refusal to honor CDW for Zipcar, claiming that Zipcar was not a car rental company. No idea what the outcome of that lawsuit was (if any).

This is all I found regarding that lawsuit. Looks like there was a settlement. But this was with Visa and not Mastercard. But it would probably apply to MC as well.
