CFU to CF PC Question

I was approved for the CFU in September 2018 and I was recently approved for the BBP card so instead of having two general spend cards I want to change my freedom unlimited to the freedom card.

Since these cards don’t have any annual fees can I do a PC after only three statement cuts?

I thought Chase would only do a product change after you have had the card for twelve months.

They should be able to do that for you. I PCed my FU to Freedom a few months after getting approved for the FU. It takes a couple of minutes on the phone.
