After many years with Chase I received a letter from them closing my account. No request for information, nothing. Never late. Never max and no change in my overall credit. I need a number to call Chase to speak with them. Can you HELP me please?

Nothing has changed? No new credit or seeking credit? I don't understand why they would just all the sudden close your account, there must be something that triggered it. Maybe some popped up on your CR they didn't like.
Ugh not another one of these again .... You only using the 5% categories or something? If they don't want you to use these type things they shouldn't offer them!!! Not saying this is the case, but sick of seeing Chase closed me and usually it comes down to something basically being your are not protifable, although they would never tell you this.
You been carrying a balance and just doing min payments or near min payments for a long time? What is your current utilization on that card? More info please! Also please call recon and let us know what they say, you might want to be transferred to the Risk dept if Recon is no help.
If bonus chasing and redemption is the culprit here then i'm fair game. Lol.
I hardly use my Freedom card though due to spend bonuses at the moment. Maybe this keeps me off the radar?

@Look through OP's other posts and trying to find out what set it off.. One thing I have seen with another poster last year was NFCU set it off @ 25k, this poster appers to maybe got a 25k as well and they finally did an AR? Just grabbing straws out of the air on what could be the cause of this AA. I really don't that is the caes though.
Lack of information just keeps everyone guessing.

It appears something spooked them, unless your CC was compromised due to fraud. Otherwise, this is likely in the hands of the PRR department. Nothing that the anaysts or reconsideration teams can do since the account is likely flagged for some reason. The PRR department is your best bet to determine (if possible) the reason for closure.

For us to help you, we need the entire story to give you suggestions/come up with a plan. Why did Chase all of a sudden decide to close your accouts? Yes, you have been a customer for years but something must have triggered this.
