CHASE UAL problem, here we go

I was reading through the message boards about various issues folks had with CHASE, and allthough I should just be happy they gave me a signature VISA with a 10 k CL, I should just shut up about it LOL, but noooooooooooooooo, I couldnt let it go.

The promo said 35,000 bonus miles after the first purchase. I paid in full 3 times now, still no miles.

The promo also said AF waived the first year, but there it is on my bill this month.

So I sent one of those contact us messages from the website, see what happens.

I just dont like to stir the pot on a new account, but did it anyways.

They will probably go, hey your right, but that was just for the 50 cent CLcard.... LOL

This is why I dumped Chase; they offered me a free flight on the Southwest card and after a year and 2 AFs, no rewards. I even escalated my issues and they did absolutely nothing about it other than refund AF #2. I'm really sour on Chase now.
