Do CCC take into consideration your other card limits when giving out CLIs? For example if you have a 1.5K limit on card A and 15K limit on Card B. Will they try to raise the limit on card A to be close to card B? ( If you have good history )

I think is easier for new TL to have a matching limit than the average old account to grow. Some lenders will be able to match the old account to a higher limit but it will cost a HP or 2.

Yes & No.

That depends on your overall available credit, age of credit; credit scores and income.
