Good thing is that once they do a HP you can call back door to a cred analyst and ask to to reuse the CR( senior cred analyst told me up to 30days) to apply for a CC if you want or another CLI for a different card.
I just got a good CLI and it was a SP.
- BOA check exclusively EX for MA
- No HP at all listed. HP's will appear on your report right away.
- I did in fact see a soft pull on my EX the day I requested the CLI
- My reports are frozen solid all of them, so no way they can pull a HP but very curious as to how they did a SP.

- USAA
- Barclays
- NFCU
- Target
- PSECU
- Chase
I always thought those 2 were HP CLI for requests.....
