CLI with capital one...automated or do I need to speak with a CSR ?

I called the number on the back of my Capital one card and finally found the option to press 1 for a credit line increase. I hung up. I really don't feel like talking to a CSR....I hate talking to them. If I had pressed one, would the CLI request have been an automated thing or not ? Thanks

usually i think w/c1 you have to speak to a rep, sometimes it's to your benefit to instead of using an automated machine, but c1 is an odd one..

Well, I called and I got a 1,500 credit line increase ! No hard pull as Cheddar said...only a softie.
