Re: CO EO

No offense meant, but is googling really that tough?  This question is asked what appears to be several times a day...

It's asked so much because now that the number is shut down, everyone is flooding the email. Won't be long before the email is gone too.

Then we'll start seeing people on corners doing "drug deal" transactions for the EO number...

"Yo dawg I got dat Cap 1 EO numba fo ya."

"How much"

"I need a quarter spot and 1,000 air miles."

"I got you dog"

It's publicly available on Google, so didn't figure it'd be an issue.  I removed it.

It's human nature. I think you should always start with the frontline CSRs and then 99% of the time, accept what they have to say and move on. There are very rarely issues that need to be escalated to the EO.

I work frontline as a CSR. If someone doesn't like what I say, they want to talk to my supervisor. That's fine because she will repeat whatever I said to them (we do NOT change our decisions; that's one thing I do like about where I work -- when a decision is made on an issue, everyone knows and everyone will just repeat the same thing). Then either it stops there or they demand to talk to the VP (will probably not get to talk to him) or even the owners (you can't talk to the owners). That's how people are: if they don't like what mommy says, they go to daddy.

They won't be happy until the email is no longer functioning. Then the ones who ruin it whine the loudest.
