Re: CREDIT CARD

Probably not...more than likely those are FAKO's....Myfico gives your true FICO. Look for the gold seal...Good luck...

Re: CREDIT CARD

Nope...   If you receive a score from any other site besides myfico.com they are considered "fakos" and can be miles away from your actual fico score.  I subscribe to TC and the scores there are way off my actual fico's from here.

Here's a link that will give you information on fico's and fakos ~ it really explains well the difference between all the "scores" out there

Oh, and welcome...the people here are great..very helpful and you're gonna learn lots and lots of really good stuff!!

Are you kidding? My EX TC FAKO is 617 while my FICO is 701!

Govt really needs to step in and stop these sites, especially the sites run by CRAs, from misleading consumers with FAKO scores. If the score is not a FICO or a Vantage it is utterly useless. Vantage borders on useless already as it is.

FAKOs are good for NOTHING. The only thing TC is good for is monitoring your reports.

TC is off by the numbers by about 60 points on mine on average,..
but like i said, i like using it and I can guess what my fico score is within 5 or so points just by looking at my TC score

Some have stated up to 100 point differences between FICO and FAKO scores.
