CSP and AMEX goals.....need advice.

I'd go for csp I just was approved with lower scores and lower cl and recent 60 day late.

But I had low util less than 10% very recent inquiries and new accounts instantly approved for 5k. I was pending for two days then found out well I just needed to verify some information.   however I do have 10 active accounts aaoa 5 years I think that helped.
