Same here. Quite a few times, on all my Chase cards they always ask if they can help with any other accounts on the same call. Last year, on all my Chase/JPM cards, CSR's would pick up the call right away and from my phone # displayed on their end, greeted me by name. I've noticed now on all cards, you have to give them last four digits of your card and verify identity more. Maybe this is due to all the breaches lately. Either way, I find it less cumbersome than when I have to call Amex for whatever reason.
