CSP won't allow me to submit a payment

Just submitted a payment two days ago to my CSP but a measly $6.50 charge posted today and this period ends 5/12. I tried paying the $6.50 on my iPhone and it won't let me because I already submitted a payment two days ago.

Can I call a CSR and have them push it through or what?

I'm just trying to pay my bill. Why won't they take my money?

This happened to me with my Freedom.  I was able to call in and schedule another payment with the help of a CSR, but I had to use a different bank account for this second payment since it was only 1 day since the online payment I had made.  It was no problem since I already had 2 different bank accounts set up to pull payments from.  Chase has a policy about only allowing 1 payment every 3 business days I believe.

+1

The exception of course if you are a Chase banking customer and push the payments directly from your Chase account(s) via the Bill Pay service, some can post the same-day provided they are scheduled/submitted before 8pm EST during any business day.

You can also pay at a branch. It will post the day you make the payment

Re: CSP won't allow me to submit a payment

If you have a bank account that provides bill pay (and most do) you can push the money from your bank to pay the credit card, regardless of any limits set by Chase.

Re: CSP won't allow me to submit a payment

I will try the bill pay option since I don't have a chase in my state and I only have one account (BofA).

Having a $7 balance report isn't the end of the world, I wouldn't go to great lengths to try and get it paid before the reporting date.

Chase won't allow on-line payments from their website within 3 days of a prior payment.  As others have stated, you can certainly "push" the payment or go to a branch, but that's the reason, pure and simple.  I know, it's frustrating.  With 3 of their cards, I like to keep control on the balances and this limitation seems a bit...archaic.   But it sure beats Wells Fargo only allowing 2 payments per billing cycle, from their website...no exceptions.
