Hi there,

I really want this card in my wallet.

I have a BK from '04 and discharged in '06.  No baddies since, but I do have at least 10 new inquires and 7 new accounts.  All of the accounts are not reporting on the report, but I don't want to lose an inquiry if they're inquiry sensitive.

Here's what I need to know:

1.  Has anyone had any success getting a decent limit with them even with a BK that's less than 7 years old?

2.  Did you get approved even though you had more than 5 inquires in the last year?

3.  What report did they pull?

4.  What was your FICO score when you were approved?

5.  Did you have any baddies, i.e., collections, public records, late payments?

Thanks for your help!  I really want it, but I'm afraid of rejection, and more importantly, of getting an inquiry without getting approved.

i was denied in june.  the reasons they gave were:

serious delinquency and derogatory public record or collection filed

Number of accounts with delinquency

I have one collection, unpaid from 2003.

I have another collection, unpaid from 2003, but is lvnv which is showing as an open account with a past due of 120+ late.  I'm working on getting this fixed, it hasn't been easy.

I have lates recorded on an account that was charged off in 2006

They pulled Equifax and I'm in california, I'm not sure what my fico was.

BK7 in 2003, pulled a 667 (ish) EQ and gave me instant 3K.

I applied in May 08. They pulled EQ with a 688. I have 4 baddies from 2002. I had 11 inquires in that past month. I was approved but only for $500. I asked for a credit limit increase after 3 months they asked how much I would like to increase it to I put $1000. It was there in a hour. Should of asked for more. I don;t have a BK . But I hope this helps some.
