I wouldn't really expect the frontline CSRs at Amex or EX to know what's going on, either, though.I'm giving until Feb 29 before I offically dispute my 79-day-old balance that's currently reporting.
What confuses me is they reported to EQ and TU exactly on schedule. A slow and frustrating schedule, I admit, but on schedule
