Can CLI's be recon'd?

I talked to a really nice lady today and she told me she asked me how much I am looking to get. I have had this card for less than a year and didn't want to be too greedy, so I asked for 3000 (My initial CL was 1500). She said that since my credit was pulled only a few days ago, they will not need to pull another copy of my reports and that she will call me back tomorrow if they can approve the CLI for 3k.

I just logged into my account, and it's showing my CL as $3000! I'm happy! This is my highest limit card now!
