Can I get a Chase freedom Flex if I have the OG freedom?

Can one have both the "OG" freedom and the freedom Flex?

Also, I am pretty sure I read that the Chase Private Client loophole to bypass the 5/24 rule has been closed but thought I'd ask anyway.  Any new data on this loophole?  What if I applied in-bank through my CPC advisor?

You can have both(honestly I think you can have multiple of both).

I've also read that the CPC loophole was closed but don't have personal experience.

It's possible to have all 3 Freedom variants.

The CPC 5/24 loophole has been closed.

Yes, you can have both the OG Freedom and the Freedom Flex. Also you can get the welcome offer for the Flex even if you have the OG Freedom.  You can even do product changes from other cards in the Freedom and Sapphire line to an OG Freedom or Freedom Flex allowing you to have multiples of the Freedom cards.
