Even if you don't get your 3x CLI immediately - you now have a card to push your AMEX Costco limit to when it's run is up in April 2016(8 months away). Hold onto it, get a CLI under your belt and then transfer your limit before they shut down the Costco cards.

I just received my BCE approval and wasn't too thrilled with the SL.
But I do have the TE card that will qualify for a 181 day 3X CLI October 8th..
The Costco TE card will also be 17 months old in April next year.
I was just assuming Citi would convert the account but this is option number 2..
