Cannot get TC to update.

Does anyone have any insight into why I cannot get TC to update my 3-way report? It acts like it is doing it but does not display a new report, just the same old one.

Are you clicking on Update Report?
 
When looking at your credit reports, on the right-hand side under Related Items, click on Update Report. Then it will take you to a page where you need to click Update. Follow the directions, and there you go. HTH!

I know how to do it and have done it many times. It is not updating.

Yep same here I have been trying for 2 days now to update scores & reports when I hit update the screen will flash then it comes back with the last update from 10 days ago. I think Truecredit is a ripoff if you are paying for a service that is supposed to be available pretty much 24-7 speaking for myself I don"t feel I get that from Truecredit. This is not the first time it has happened to me sooner or later it will let you update then and only then though. Just thought I would "vent" a little GL to ya on your updating.

FYI: Normally you can only update your TC report once every 24 hours, which in practice may translate to 48 hours. This is a different problem. All-in-all TC is a pretty valuable service. It works a lot better and I get a lot more useful information on a timely basis from TC than I do SW. I wonder when exactly it is that SW is going to let me know about that new account I just opened...

         I just updated my TC this AM with no problem.  Are you sure you are waiting 24hrs (if you updated at 730am you may not update again until 731am the following day)?

I called their "wonderful" CS and was informed that there was a problem effecting many, but not all, accounts in charging the CC's for the fee this month. In this case your account was closed and that is why you cannot update. If this has happened to you you have to reorder, but it appears that none of the historical information is lost. I was finally able to update and it appears that all is in order.

I know this is an old post but how exactly did you reorder, I've updated my billing information but it still wont update.
