Cap 1 CLI question

Is there enough data that shows CLI requests using EO are more generous than online button ? I'm about to request a CLI on my quicksilver and was wondering which method is best .

EO gave me a 500 bump(had very high util on my Cap1 card at the time)

EO gave my sis either 1,000 or 1,500.

Online gave me a 500 bump

Online gave my sis 150 and 100(all her cards were maxed at this time)
